At Lunara, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Lunara tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a return.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
